CENTRAL FLA. — Cooler and windier today, especially along the coast.
Wind gusts could reach 35- 40 mph later this afternoon.
A wind advisory has been issued from I95 to the Atlantic waters until 8 pm.
With these strong winds in place, our seas will be rough today, and multiple warnings and advisories are in effect for our local beaches.
Stay off and out of the water today.
These winds will also bring the possibility of a few brief passing showers today, tonight, and tomorrow (20% chance of rain), with partly cloudy skies and highs in the 70s and low 80s.
