Less than a month after Orlando restaurateur John Rivers closed The Coop by 4 Rivers in Winter Park, the property that housed the concept has been listed for sale.

A Colliers team led by Executive Vice President Sean Glickman and Senior Associate Chris Smith have listed the 0.6-acre property at 610 W. Morse Blvd. for sale for $4.2 million on behalf of owner Clermont Investment LLC.
The property, less than a half-mile west of Winter Park’s ultra-popular Park Avenue corridor, includes a 4,695-square-foot building — built in 1947 and updated in 2014 — as well as a 1,200-square-foot patio and 29 parking spaces.
