OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — A judge will decide Monday who should temporarily take care of a four-year-old South Florida boy who was the subject of an Amber Alert on Saturday.
Investigators found the toddler safe with his father, Eduardo Juliao, in the Kissimmee area on Sunday.
Authorities say Juliao took the child after a domestic dispute with the boy's mother. She told authorities he slashed her face and threatened the child.
The boy's father was still in the Osceola County jail Monday morning.
