POLK COUNTY, Fla. — An Ocala woman has filed a lawsuit against the Florida Lottery, because they won't pay up on a half a million dollar jackpot.
Anne-Marie Curcio is suing the lotto for unfair and deceptive trade practice, breach of contract, and misleading advertising.
She claims she won the $500,000 from a scratch off ticket.
The lottery said the ticket was a mis-print, and they don't owe the money.
