PALATKA, Fla. — Four employees of a group home in Palatka have been charged with burning a disabled girl with a clothes iron.
News-JournalOnline.com reports that the four, along with a former employee, face several charges related to the burns found on the teen. The girl, according to her mother, has mental capacity of a 2 or 3-year-old.
