ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Documents released by the Orange County Sheriff's Office Wednesday (read them - explicit) reveal that boxer Christy Martin was leaving her husband, who is accused of trying to kill her, for another woman.
Female boxer Christy Martin limped out of the Orange County Sheriff's Office just before 4:00pm Wednesday with her leg well-bandaged. The only question she would answer was that her condition is improving.
"Praise, God, praise God. That's all I've got to say about it," Christy told WFTV.

The report states that an officer spoke with the woman who was romantically involved with Christy, Sherry Lusk. She told the officer that she believes her involvement with Christy is what sparked the incident.
The document states that Christy told James Martin that she was leaving him for Lusk; Martin became very upset and began threatening to ruin Christy's boxing career and name.
On November 18, Sherry and Christy met in St. Augustine. They stayed the night there and throughout the evening James called Christy constantly and continued with the threats; the report says Martin was going to call all their professional boxing associates and would release incriminating videos of her over YouTube and the boxing websites.
The report states that, a few days later, Sherry and Christy were talking on the phone; Christy told Sherry that James had come into the room and had something behind his back and then the phone went dead.
Christy later said that James came at her with a knife and a gun. They fought, but she couldn't stop him from stabbing her to the bone and shooting her.
Sherry said she tried to call her back repeatedly, but to no avail. It was not until she received an officer's call saying Christy was in the hospital that she knew what happened.
She said after she was stabbed and shot by her husband, she ran out the front door and flagged down a man who was driving home. In the report, he said she handed him something through he window and when he looked at it he realized it was a pink handgun.
The report also stated that Christy had said to Sherry, "Jim, (James) that mother ****** is going to shoot me."
James Martin was arrested Tuesday after almost one week on the run, in a shed a half-mile from their home. He was taken to the hospital with a self-inflicted stab wound. He is charged with attempted murder.
He remains hospitalized and in the custody of the Orange County Sheriff's Office. He'll go to jail when he's released.
