LAKE COUNTY, Fla. — The convicted sex offender, known for his bizarre YouTube videos, was back in a Lake County courtroom Monday for his sentencing hearing.
Ed Muscare is charged with violating his probation by posting the videos and not notifying authorities when he moved.
In court Monday, prosecutors asked for a witness to be allowed to testify through Skype, an Internet video conferencing application.
The judge scheduled that testimony for Wednesday.
In 1986, Muscare was convicted of molesting a teenage boy in Orange County.
