Planning a fun New Year’s Eve celebration for families can often be tricky, but here are events that everyone will enjoy around Orlando.
Boardwalk Bowl New Years Eve Celebration
Boardwalk Bowl is offering activities for every member of the family, whether you're 2 or 102. From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., families can take advantage of a $10 all-you-can bowl special with shoe rentals included. Boardwalk Bowl will also ring in 2020 with a midday balloon drop for the kids to enjoy.
Noon Year’s Eve at the Maitland Library
The Maitland Public Library is encouraging patrons to dress up in their best to ring in the 20s with an all-ages dance party for kids with a countdown to noon. The event begins at 11 a.m., is free to attend and no prior sign-up is required.
Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Orlando
Andretti Indoor Karting and Games is celebrating New Year's Eve with fun for the entire family that includes half off Arcade Games from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and a Balloon Drop at Noon with over $1,000 in prizes inside select balloons including candy, races, attraction passes, game cards and gift certificates.
In addition to their four floors of interactive exhibit halls, labs and workshops, theaters, an observatory and traveling exhibits the Orlando Science Center is hosting a Rawr-in' Noon Year’s Eve party as well as the chance to lean about the science behind fireworks with special presentations.
Ring in 2020 with the family at Dave & Busters, where people can eat, play and party. From 5 until 8 p.m., families can enjoy a buffet, unlimited sodas, Power Cards to use in the arcade and more. Tickets for this event must be purchased in advance.
Jazzberry Jammin' New Year's Eve at the Crayola Experience
Families can ring in the new year with Colorful fun at Crayola Experience's Jazzberry Jammin' New Year's Eve party at the Florida Mall from noon until 4 p.m. The special event includes crafts, a DJ dance party, special midday countdowns and character appearances by Orchid throughout the event. The first 100 kids in the attraction will receive a free glow necklace.
Wekiwa Springs Beach Ball Drop
Families can head over to Wekiwa Springs State Park to enjoy their 2nd Annual “Noon” Year Eve Beach Ball Drop. The party begins at 10 a.m. and features kids crafts, games, prizes, a DJ dance party, fun demonstrations and of course a 100 beach ball drop at noon to celebrate the new year.
