Missing California woman, toddler son found shot dead in parked car

ROSEVILLE, Calif. — Police in California discovered the bodies of a missing woman and her toddler son inside a car parked in Roseville, authorities said.

According to KTXL and the Sacramento Bee, officers found Shana Pringle, 34, of Lincoln, and Noah Vice, 2, of Sacramento, dead about 3 a.m. Sunday in a vehicle on Eureka Road. Both had gunshot wounds, one of which appeared to be self-inflicted, the news outlets reported.

The news came days after Vice’s father reported the pair missing last week, Sacramento County sheriff’s Sgt. Rodney Grassmann told the Bee. A flyer circulating on social media said their last known location was a Roseville Best Western on Nov. 23, according to KTXL.
