ORANGE COUNTY, Fla.,None — Evidence uncovered by WFTV was used on Tuesday, during the Casey Anthony's murder trial by the state, who says it's the murder weapon that killed Caylee Anthony.
Casey walked into the courtroom at about 12:50pm, wearing a white sweater and grey pants, and her hair was in a ponytail. Her father, George Anthony, was also in the courtroom and her mother, Cindy, testified again.

Late Tuesday afternoon, the state used WFTV's video of the rare duct tape from the Anthony family garage as evidence. Tuesday marked day 29, including jury selection, of Casey Anthony's murder trial.
It's one of the last things the state is showing the jury as it gets ready to rest its case in Casey Anthony's murder trial.
The state says the video is important because investigators did not find the rest of the roll at the Anthonys' home, so WFTV's video strengthened the connection between Casey and Caylee's remains.
During her testimony on Tuesday, Cindy Anthony helped prosecutors tie that evidence to the family by dropping a bombshell about a fourth bag missing from their garage.
Cindy frowned at Casey as she walked to the witness stand. Casey did not look at her.
Cindy cried when talking about the pink "big trouble" shirt Caylee was wearing when she died.
"I remember the clothing that she wore," Cindy said. " [But] I don't ever remember seeing that shirt."
Cindy testified that a large canvas tote, approximately 11" x 13" x 22," that was stored inside black plastic trash bags in the Anthonys' garage on a top shelf, is still missing.
"Their theory being that Casey may have put young Caylee's body in that bag at some point in time," said WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer.
Video of George using rare "Henkel" duct tape on Caylee "missing" posters is being used as evidence by the state. It's the same tape he put on the gas can that Casey had stolen and the same as four pieces found with Caylee's remains, three of which were put over her face.
The missing canvas bag, the other bags found with Caylee's remains, and the tape, were stored in the Anthonys' garage where Casey had backed her car in two days after Caylee disappeared.
During Cindy's cross examination, defense attorney Jose Baez made Cindy read her previous statement that Casey had not removed duct tape from the house, connecting the tape to George.
"As far as I remember, no, we only had one roll of duct tape and he was using that," Cindy said.
Orlando tattoo artist Bobby Williams took the stand and described how he designed a tattoo for Casey Anthony. Williams said she wanted one that said "Bella Vita," or "good life," written in a feminine font.
Casey got the tattoo just 17 days after prosecutors say Casey murdered Caylee by putting the rare duct tape over her face.
Williams has said that he asked where Caylee was and Casey said she was with the nanny, and that she would bring Caylee when she came back for another tattoo.
Earlier, the state called two witnesses, including a forensic expert from the FBI crime labs and a crime scene investigator for the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
The forensic expert says heart-shaped stickers were found in Casey's bedroom but didn't testify whether the items were linked to similar outlines on duct tape on Caylee's body.
Even so, the stickers shown to jurors at the 25-year-old's murder trial on Tuesday, over the objection of defense lawyers, were powerful images just before the prosecution wraps up its case.
Crime scene investigator Alina Burroughs told jurors the stickers were found in a box and a scrapbook, along with a letter addressed to Caylee.
Another investigator previously testified she noticed the outline of a heart on one of three pieces of duct tape while examining it under ultra-violet lighting. There were no pictures taken of what she saw, though.
Casey is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and four counts of lying to law enforcement. She faces a death sentence if convicted.
While prosecutors contend that Casey suffocated Caylee with duct tape, the defense says Caylee drowned in her grandparents' pool.
