Woman Denies She "Pulled Trigger" In Lotto Winner's Death

POLK COUNTY, Fla. — The women named the person of interest in the death of a Polk County lottery winner has denied that she quote, "pulled the trigger."

"I'm guilty of covering up his death, and I will go to jail, and I will prove my innocence," 37-year-old Dorice "Dee Dee" Moore told The Lakeland Ledger.

Moore is referring to 43-year-old Abraham Shakespeare, who won a $17 million lump sum lotto payout in November 2006. His body was found last Thursday underneath a concrete slab at a Plant City home.

There have been no arrests made in the case.
