ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — There's still no sign of the men who attacked a woman at a grocery store and then dragged her through the parking lot in broad daylight.
The victim had just left a Winn-Dixie on Apopka-Vineland Road (see map) near the attractions around 2:00pm Wednesday. Deputies say that's when the men drove up in their car and reached into the victim's car and grabbed her purse.
The woman tried to hang on to her purse, but was dragged across the parking lot until she let go.
"It's a safe neighborhood. It's right by Disney, so it should be safe," shopper Jason Evhevarria said.
The thieves got away in a burgundy-colored Chevy Impala.
WFTV checked with area businesses and none of them had surveillance video that captured the incident.
