ORLANDO, Fla. -- Friday’s Cure Bowl at Exploria Stadium is the only bowl game between conference champions.
Troy won the Sun Belt and UT-San Antonio won Conference USA. Both teams are also ranked in the College Football Playoff rankings. The Trojans check in at No. 24 and the Roadrunners come in at No. 25.
The Cure Bowl also raises money for cancer research. The game is set for December 16 at 3:00.
Both teams participated in a press conference Tuesday afternoon to set the stage for Friday afternoon.
