Edgewater star and five-star prospect Cedric “C4″ Baxter has made it official with the Longhorns. Baxter had over 50 offers and despite a late push from Florida State, Baxter decided to stay with Steve Sarkisian and his staff.
Baxter has totaled 3,093 yards and 41 rushing touchdowns the last two seasons.
