It happened around 4:45 p.m. at a home on Island Drive.

People living nearby said it sounded like a bomb went off.

“I was standing in my living room and I felt the whole house shaking,” said resident Diana Grimison. “I saw my front window blowing and I saw the plants in front of my house at a horizontal angle. I thought we were being hit by a tornado and ran into the center of the house.”
