ORLANDO, Fla. — Rain chances continue Saturday with heavy rain and thunderstorms being possible during the afternoon and evening.
Some locations could still see over 1 inch of rain in the strongest storms.
Other threats that we have been watching are frequent lightning and wind gusts up to 45 mph.
The warm temperatures today will help feed into these rain chances. The afternoon high temperature will stretch into the low 90s.
When you factor in the humidity, it could feel like at least 100° throughout much of central Florida.
These conditions will persist for the next few days, but the heavy rain threat will begin to back off as we enter next week.
