ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County deputies have arrested a man accused of shooting at a woman inside the Orange County Courthouse Parking Garage.
Investigators said Kenneth Logan Jr., 26, broke into a woman’s car and waited for her to emerge from the courthouse. He then fired two shots at her and hit her in the back of the head with the gun, authorities said.
The shooting forced the Orange County Courthouse to go on lockdown for several hours. Authorities have not said when or where Logan was arrested.
Logan is facing attempted first-degree murder with a firearm, two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm (domestic violence), armed burglary with a firearm, burglary of conveyance with assault and battery, robbery with a firearm, aggravated stalking (domestic violence), false imprisonment (with a weapon), and battery (domestic violence).
He could appear before a judge as early as Thursday.
