4 dead, child critically hurt in Osceola County crash, troopers say

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Four people died and a child was hospitalized after a crash Saturday afternoon in southern Osceola County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers said the two-vehicle crash happened at around 4 p.m. near North Kenansville Road and Bavar Road.

The crash involved a pickup truck pulling a trailer and a passenger vehicle, officials said.

Troopers said three adults were pronounced deceased at the crash scene and another adult died at a hospital.

A child was also flown to Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando in critical condition, officials said.

Troopers said the crash remains under investigation, and no other details were released.
