WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. — Commuters in Winter Springs should expect overnight delays near the Seminole Expressway this week.
The City of Winter Springs says single-lane closures are planned in both directions of Winter Springs Boulevard and SR-434 beneath SR-417.
The closures are scheduled from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, through Thursday, Oct. 1.
The work is part of the Florida Department of Transportation’s SR-417 widening project.
Drivers are encouraged to allow extra travel time, watch for crews and changing traffic patterns, and consider alternate routes during the overnight construction.
