“Bachelor in Paradise” stars Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are going to be parents.
According to People magazine and E! News, the couple, who have been married since 2019, announced Thursday that Iaconetti is 10 weeks pregnant with their first child.
“I’m pregnant,” Iaconetti, 33, said on Amazon Live before kissing Haibon, 32.
The pair later took to social media to share more details with fans.
“Coming February 10, 2022,” Haibon captioned an Instagram video of the moment they learned of the pregnancy.
In her own Instagram post, Iaconetti said she Haibon “are very excited for that day to come!”
“It’s so cool to think I’m creating a human that’s half me and half Jared!” she wrote. “I won’t lie though, pregnancy has not been a delight for me. The nausea has been relentless and I throw up multiple times most days. I knew the first trimester wasn’t easy for most, but I didn’t imagine my life to come to a standstill feeling like I have an extreme hangover for 5 weeks and counting.”
She went on to thank her followers for their well-wishes.
“Thank you all for the love and congratulations today!!” she wrote. “Hearing so many stories from followers and friends about their experiences has made me feel better about all the changes my body is going through and a lot less alone!”
They said they hope to learn the baby’s sex soon, People reported.
