Any personal information on the labels and packing should be removed.

Syringes and open containers of liquid will not be accepted. The sheriff’s office will have these rules visible at each location in English and Spanish.

The boxes were obtained through a donation from the N.O.W. Matters More Foundation of New Smyrna Beach.

Safely disposing of prescription medications can prevent the accidental or intentional misuse of the drugs, and even help keep them out of the water supply.
