ORLANDO, Fla. — The family of a man who died in Orlando police custody is demanding answers.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is reviewing body camera video to figure out exactly what happened.

There is also video from a store surveillance camera. Channel 9 reporter Christy Turner asked the store owner for a copy, but the owner said they didn’t want to share the footage.
Between the officer’s body camera and what the surveillance cameras captured, it should help piece together what happened.
New cellphone video gives different perspective of the altercation between a man and police in Pine Hills on Tuesday.
The man died while in police custody.

“They were doing CPR, trying to get him back,” a man said.
Channel 9 spoke to the bystander who recorded the video. He asked to remain anonymous out of fear for his safety.
“I kind of heard him saying I can’t breathe,” the man said.
Zericka Payne identified the man who died as her son, 31-year-old Isaih Payne.
She’s demanding answers.

“I want an autopsy and I want to know who all was involved,” she said.
Orlando Police Chief Orlando Rolon said the man suffered a medical episode.
“At the hospital, they found a control, a control substance on him and in him. Therefore, that may have played a role,” Rolon said.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating the in-custody death.
“If I had any concerns right now as to whether the actions of the officer were not in keeping with our policy or not, I would be the first to tell you that,” Rolon said.
An autopsy is underway to determine how the man died.
