BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — A 34-year-old man was shot and killed in his front yard Tuesday evening after an argument between neighbors over a loose dog escalated, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said Kaleb Bradford, 20, of Cocoa, and his neighbor Mark Hurst, 34, got into an argument over Bradford's dog running loose in the neighborhood off MacArthur Circle. Investigators said the argument turned physical.
After the men went their separate ways, deputies said Bradford went back to his home to grab a gun before coming back and shooting Hurst, who later died of his injuries at the hospital.
