Police: Man found dead near OIA was victim of Kissimmee home invasion

[ Victor Delgado Rivera was kidnapped early Wednesday from a home at the Essex Park Villas on Michigan Avenue in Kissimmee, police said. ]

KISSIMMEE, Fla. — His body was discovered early Wednesday at Andros Avenue and Avenue C in Orlando, police said. He was face down with his hands bound behind his back.
