Police ID suspect in Titusville killing; Man considered armed, dangerous

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Police are looking for a man they believe shot and killed another man in Titusville, Brevard County.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Cedric Wiley, who is accused of shooting and killing Todd Thomas outside a home on Fourth Avenue just after 1 a.m. Tuesday.

Investigators haven't said what caused the gunfire, but neighbors said they heard some type of argument before shots rang out.

Wiley, who has a felony record, is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact authorities.
