Overturn "Dangerous" Label For Buddy?
In September, Buddy was declared dangerous and was seized after he jumped on a neighbor, who fell and broke her foot; he didn't bite her.
Buddy's family fought the declaration and an animal control committee agreed.
Buddy was required to work with a trainer first, before being granted permission to return home.
