ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Several families and students attended a bullying prevention event in Orange County on Saturday.
The Orange County Public Schools Parent Academy hosted the bullying prevention event, which was held at University High School.
The event featured workshops, breakout sessions and a keynote speaker, Dr. Adolph Brown. Brown is a nationally-recognized educational speaker who addressed the audience of around two dozen families.
Participants were also able to learn about Common Core, college readiness and OCPS resources during the event.
