ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. — Two people were transported in what appears to be a domestic-related shooting at an apartment in Altamonte Springs near Maitland, police on the scene said.

Police arrived around 9:30 p.m. to The Preserve at Spring Lake on Wymore Road for reports of gunshots.

Two victims were involved and both have been transported to the hospital, police said.

The victims have “extensive” injuries, police said. One of the victims was who called 911, police said.

The shooting was isolated and is still under investigation, police said.
