For “The Black Phone” half, guests will find themselves trapped in a house where ghostly voices will whisper hints on how to escape as they must outwit and outrun “The Grabber,” the creepy, mask-wearing villain in the film.

In the “Freaky”-inspired portion of the house, guests will have to outrun the serial killer “The Butcher,” who has switched bodies with a high school girl.
