Applications pour in for Toys for Tots South Brevard, but nonprofit still seeks distribution warehouse space

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Toys for Tots South Brevard already has more than 300 applications from families in need this holiday season, but it still doesn’t have a place to house all of its donated toys.

The organization said it is still looking for someone to donate warehouse space where they can store and sort donations, as well as help with distribution this holiday season.

“Right now we are only accepting applications, and that’s as far as we can get until we have our own place where we can sort the toys, collect the toys, create the orders,” said Max Nissenbaum, the coordinator for Toys For Tots South Brevard. “We can’t do any of that without space.”

He said they need about 4,000 square feet and a parking lot where they can do distribution while maintaining social distancing.
