Brevard dance student accepted to Juilliard School in New York City

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — A local student is the first woman from Brevard County to be accepted to The Juilliard School’s prestigious dance program.

Now the teen’s dream to dance professionally is closer to becoming a reality.

Jasmine Jade Sinnott-Klenotich is a natural performer.

Her older sister sparked her interest in dance, and the passion grew.

Sinnott-Klenotich got a call in March saying she was accepted into the prestigious arts school in New York City.

She said Juilliard has been a dream of hers since she was 13.

She set up a GoFundMe to help gather the funds for living expenses and school supplies.
