SpaceX set to launch Starlink satellites atop Falcon 9 rocket this weekend

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. — SpaceX is planning another rocket launch from Florida’s Space Coast this weekend.

SpaceX is set to launch another batch of Starlink satellites atop a Falcon 9 rocket from the Kennedy Space Center.

The launch is planned for Sunday with a launch window opening at 11:01 a.m.

Weather reports show a 90% favorable forecast for the launch.

SpaceX has said that the goal of Starlink is to create a network of satellites that will help provide internet services to those who are not yet connected, and to provide reliable and affordable internet across the globe.
