Titusville police said that as a result of their investigation, at least 19 potential victims came forward, reporting incidents that spanned over a decade.

While in court Tuesday morning, Grasso waived his right to a trial.

Grasso had nothing to say to the victims in those cases Tuesday, but they had plenty to say to him.

“People of this community, myself included, trusted you to help them at at time of pain, and need,” one unidentified victim said. “Instead, all that you provided was an inconvenience and repeated trauma of having to relive your appalling and disgusting behavior dragged on for years.”

“Mr. Grasso, you didn’t physically hurt me. What you did is mentally wreck me,” another victim testified. “You destroyed my trust in people, especially people in the medical field.

According to the State Attorney’s Office, Grasso surrendered his state license prior to the plea agreement.

Grasso was ordered to spend 364 days in the county jail for each of his misdemeanor cases. In the felony case, he was ordered to spend 26 months in the department of corrections,

However, with credit for 692 days spent in the county jail, Grasso has roughly three months left on his sentence.

Grasso’s attorney says it’s possible he’ll serve out the rest of his sentence at the Brevard County jail. She plans to file a motion to that effect.
