CLERMONT, Fla. — A Central Florida farm has earned national recognition for its sunflower fields.

Southern Hill Farms in Clermont was ranked No. 2 on a new list of the country’s best sunflower festivals from rental car company SIXT.

The farm has 35 acres dedicated to sunflowers, according to the study. Researchers also cited its $6 admission price, 4.7-star Google review score and online popularity.

Only Rutledge-Wilson Farm in Springfield, Missouri, ranked higher.

The five highest-ranked sunflower festivals were:

  1. Rutledge-Wilson Farm in Springfield, Missouri
  2. Southern Hill Farms in Clermont, Florida
  3. Holland Ridge Farms in Cream Ridge, New Jersey
  4. Nelson Produce Farms in Valley, Nebraska
  5. Sunflower Maze at Dogwood Farms in Belews Creek, North Carolina

Researchers created the rankings by analyzing acreage dedicated to sunflowers, admission prices, TikTok search volume and Google reviews.

The data was collected as of Aug. 12.
