Cooler weather and rain likely next week with cold fronts approaching

ORLANDO, Fla. — We saw higher rain and storm coverage on Thursday, but drier air is on the way for Good Friday.

The showers will be slow to wind down this evening, with some clearing overnight. Morning lows will be in the upper 60s.

Lower rain chances arrive to close out the week, with scattered activity expected. Highs for Good Friday will be in the mid 80s.

Even more dry air arrives for Saturday, reducing the rain chance further. Just a stray shower will develop, with temps in the mid 80s.

Easter Sunday will feature scattered showers and a few storms. The highest chance for activity will be in the PM hours, with highs again in the mid 80s.

We have Weather On the Way for next week, as a pair of cold fronts push toward the area. Periods of rain and a few storms are likely Monday and Tuesday, with temps in the 70s and 80s.

Cooler weather is becoming likely for the back end of next week, with temps in the 70s.
