LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — Walt Disney World has released new details about Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge, a nature-inspired resort scheduled to open in summer 2027.
The 967-room resort, located along Bay Lake, will feature three dining locations, including the waterfront table-service restaurant Moonglade, the quick-service Bay Lake Provisions and the poolside Paint Out Point Bar & Grill. Guests will also be able to watch Magic Kingdom fireworks from Dandelion Terrace, a lounge overlooking Bay Lake.
Disney said the resort lobby will feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking The Wetlands recreation area, along with artwork and design inspired by Disney’s Pocahontas.
The resort will also include The Wetlands, an outdoor recreation area with a zero-entry pool, lazy river, children’s play areas and a leisure pool with views of Magic Kingdom fireworks.
