ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida gas prices jump as the Iran war continues to affect energy markets
Central Florida drivers are paying more at the pump as the war in Iran continues to affect global energy markets.
The average price for regular unleaded gasoline in Orlando rose to $3.95 per gallon on Tuesday, according to AAA. That is a 13-cent increase from Monday.
Prices also increased overnight in other parts of Central Florida:
Daytona Beach: $3.97 per gallon.
Ocala: $3.97 per gallon.
Melbourne-Titusville: $3.93 per gallon.
Florida’s average price for regular unleaded was $3.94 per gallon as of Sept. 1, according to AAA.
Average prices varied by county:
Orange County: About $3.95 to $4.02 per gallon.
Seminole County: About $3.95 to $4.02 per gallon.
Volusia County: About $3.95 to $4.06 per gallon.
Osceola County: About $3.95 to $4.05 per gallon.
Lake County: About $3.95 to $3.99 per gallon.
Polk County: About $3.95 to $3.99 per gallon.
Brevard County: About $3.95 to $3.97 per gallon.
