Gingrich sued over 'Eye of the Tiger' usage

None — Newt Gingrich might need to find a new song to pump up his crowds on the campaign trail.

The co-author of the "Rocky III" theme song 'Eye of the Tiger' is suing Gingrich for playing the song without permission at his events and appearances since 2009.

The lawsuit was filed Monday in Chicago and seeks to block him from using it again, plus damages.

Gingrich's camp has not yet responded to the suit.
