Here are ways teens can find seasonal work in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — The pandemic made it tough last year for millions of people to find and keep jobs. For many teenagers looking for seasonal work, it was even harder.

But that’s starting to change.

On Thursday, Fun Spot held a hiring event to fill 200 openings.

And there are hundreds of jobs around the city for teens age 15 and up.

Career Source Central Florida just opened its applications for its annual Summer Youth Program, which helps 1,500 young adults gain exposure to college experiences and paid job opportunities.

The city of Orlando will also open up applications for its summer job program next week. The city has partnered with different businesses around Central Florida who are anxious to hire those ready to work.
