3 teens killed, 2 injured in early morning Daytona Beach crash

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Police are investigating a deadly crash on International Speedway Boulevard in Daytona Beach early Saturday Morning.

5:30 p.m. Update:

Daytona Police said three teens were killed in Saturday morning’s crash near the 800 block of International Speedway Boulevard.

The teens killed in the crash were identified as a 17-year-old male, a 14-year-old female, and a 19-year-old male.

The two other occupants a 19-year-old male is currently awake and stable and a 16-year-old female remains in critical condition, police said.

Next of kin for all parties have been notified, police said.

Police are investigating a deadly crash on International Speedway Boulevard in Daytona Beach early Saturday Morning.

Traffic homicide investigators are on the scene of the deadly crash at ISB and Franklin Street, just east of Nova Road.

Police say a vehicle with five occupants crashed into a tree early Saturday morning.

Investigators said that three of the individuals inside the car were killed in the crash and 2 others were transported to the hospital as a trauma alert.

Police have not released their condition at this time.

According to a Facebook post from Daytona Beach Fire Department, some of the victims were entrapped in the car and another was ejected from the vehicle.

The road is not reopened after being closed for hours after the crash while police investigated the crash.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
