ORLANDO, Fla. — Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice will officially open at Universal CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort this Saturday, Sept. 19. The eatery was founded by *NSYNC member Joey Fatone and his manager Joe Mulvihill.
The restaurant will serve a menu featuring nine gourmet hot dogs, authentic Italian ices in various flavors and specialty beers. To celebrate the opening, Fatone and Mulvihill will make a special appearance at the venue to welcome its first guests.
The first 100 guests at the eatery will receive a wristband for a free hot dog served directly by Fatone, who will remain for a limited time to take photos with visitors. Space for the grand opening event is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests interested in attending are encouraged to arrive at 10:00 a.m.
In addition to the restaurant debut, Universal CityWalk will host the 10th anniversary celebration of The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen this Saturday, Sept. 19.
The event is scheduled to run from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Toothsome anniversary features an interactive chocolate dipping station, an educational presentation on chocolate origins and a chocolate display featuring characters Penelope and Jacques. Guests visiting the venue can also purchase a special Toothsome 10th Anniversary Milkshake.
