LAKE COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash in Lake County.
According to troopers, the crash happened at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

The crash occurred near the intersection of County Road 42 and Maggie Jones Road, troopers said.
Troopers said the driver of the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve and lost control of the car.

The 74-years-old driver was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
