NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. — New Smyrna Beach Zone 2 Commissioner Lisa Martin has again received the Florida League of Cities’ Gold Certificate of Excellence.
The certificate is the highest honor offered through the organization’s Certificate Program for Elected Municipal Officials.
Officials earn points by completing training and continuing education through webinars, ethics courses, conferences and the Institute for Elected Municipal Officials.
Martin represents New Smyrna Beach’s beachside and Bouchelle Island residents.
