ORANGE COUNTY, Fla.,None — The man accused of shooting and killing a woman in downtown Orlando more than three months ago was transferred back to Orange County.
Ruben Rodriguez was transferred from a New York jail to the Orange County Jail on Thursday.
Police said Rodriguez shot and killed Victoria Straughter in September. Police said Straughter witnessed Rodriguez in a fight downtown earlier that night.
Rodriguez fled the state but a tip helped investigators find him in Dunkirk, N.Y., where he lives.
