Crews were later called to the area of Magnolia Avenue and Ivanhoe Boulevard after a person on a paddleboard spotted what appeared to be a body floating in Lake Ivanhoe.

Police at the time said there was no sign of foul play, but were waiting for the medical examiner to determine the exact cause of death.

According to a report released by the Orange County Medical Examiner Tuesday, Bone drowned due to alcohol intoxication.

There was no sign of traumatic injuries on Bone’s body and his blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.2 percent, according to the report. In the state of Florida a person is considered to be impaired at .08 percent blood-alcohol concentration.
