Motion denied for second time in Zimmerman case

SANFORD, Fla. — In the case against George Zimmerman, a Sanford judge denied a motion by the defense for the second time Thursday.

Zimmerman's attorneys have asked twice to require the attorney for victim Trayvon Martin's family, Benjamin Crump, to answer their questions under oath.

Three weeks ago, when Judge Debra Nelson denied the first motion, she said Zimmerman's attorney's failed to show that they could not get the information they needed elsewhere.

In Thursday's ruling, she offered no explanation.
