OCALA, Fla. — The Ocala Symphony Orchestra is bringing the music of Disney’s “Aladdin” to the stage this fall.
The orchestra said it will present Disney’s Aladdin in Concert Live to Film on Nov. 7 and 8 at the Reilly Arts Center in Ocala.
Organizers said more than 60 professional musicians will perform Alan Menken’s score live while Disney’s 1992 animated film plays on a screen above the stage.
The orchestra said the performance will include music from the film, including “Arabian Nights” and “A Whole New World,” while the movie’s original dialogue and sound effects play alongside the live orchestra.
Organizers said tickets are available through the Reilly Arts Center’s website and box office.
