Orange City man charged with 10 counts of child pornography, deputies say

ORANGE CITY, Fla. — An Orange City man was charged with 10 counts of child pornography, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies said they were alerted through a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Francisco Siaca, 47, was arrested over the weekend.

Investigators said they found 10 electronic files that portrayed male and female children in sexually exploitive situations.

Deputies said the victims were estimated to range from a toddler to 13 years old.

Deputies said they interviewed both Siaca and his wife.

Siaca told deputies that he uploaded and sent files of child pornography.

Detectives do not believe he manufactured suspected child pornography.

Siaca was arrested Saturday and taken to the Volusia County Branch Jail. He was released after posting $150,000 bail.
