Orlando woman strikes it rich twice; wins two $1M scratch-off tickets 2 months apart

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Altovise Morris, 41, of Orlando said she still can’t believe she won $1 million just two months apart.

In November 2022, Morris traveled to the Florida Lottery Headquarters office in Tallahassee to claim her first $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game.

Morris bought the first winning ticket at the 7-Eleven on West Colonial Drive in Winter Garden.

After collecting her winnings, Morris purchased her dream home.

“After closing on my house, I stopped at a Sunoco Foodmart in Clermont, and it happened again. I still can’t believe this is happening!” Morris said.

Morris bought her second winning ticket at the Sunoco Foodmart at South U.S. Highway 27 in Clermont.

Each retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling a winning Scratch-Off ticket.
