Central Florida man dies in deadly car crash, troopers say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash that happened Monday night in Orange County.

The crash happened at the intersection of John Young Parkway and Taft Vineland Road at 7:35 p.m.

According to troopers, a Nissan Altima was traveling northbound on John Young Parkway and attempted to make a left turn onto Taft Vineland Road.

The second car, a Honda Accord, was stopped facing southbound.

Troopers said the front of the Altima hit the right side of the Accord.

The driver of the Altima was transported to the hospital where he later died.
